Talon Group is a privately held business organization headquartered in Miami, Florida. The group develops and holds interests in distinct operating businesses, evaluates acquisitions and new ventures, and provides executive advisory and management services to companies beyond its own portfolio. Ownership and independent client engagements are separate forms of work.
Some businesses engage Talon to discuss a change in ownership or the development of a new venture. Others need leadership assistance while retaining full control of their company. In each case, the work begins by understanding the business, the decision to be made and the people responsible for carrying it forward.
Leadership and growth advisory for independent businesses
Business owners and management teams can engage Talon for growth consulting, executive advisory, operational improvement, commercial development and defined fractional management responsibilities. The objective is to work on the decisions and operating requirements that affect the entire business.
Consulting does not require an investment or an ownership interest. Each engagement is scoped individually and presented through a proposal covering the work, responsibilities and commercial terms.
A portfolio of distinct businesses
Talon's interests encompass business software and intelligence, creative production, digital operations, sports technology, communications automation, professional education, travel, outdoor equipment and real estate services. Some portfolio businesses are already operating, while others are being prepared for launch. The portfolio reflects a willingness to develop businesses in different markets rather than create a collection of identical companies under different names.

Business education in development
Talon is preparing professional business education based on learning and research underway across the Voyager Academies. Planned subjects include business development, marketing, social media, and business writing. The materials are intended for international business use, with regional distinctions where they matter. No courses are open for public enrollment.
