Talon Group is preparing professional education built from the research and curriculum development underway across the Voyager Academies. The intended audience includes business owners, managers, teams and professionals who need to apply business knowledge in their work.
The subject matter is not limited to Voyager software or to organizations in the Talon portfolio. Planned learning will address commercial decisions, organizational practice and the methods behind business activity, with differences between markets and jurisdictions made clear where they matter.

Future learning formats
Education is being developed in more than one format.
The intended offering includes self-directed online study and company-specific professional learning. Corporate programs may be scoped around the responsibilities of a leadership team or the needs of a particular organization. Neither format is currently offered for public enrollment.
Academy materials now being developed for internal knowledge use are not automatically ready for public instruction. Course structure, factual and regional review, source permissions, assessments and publishing approvals are separate requirements before a program can be offered.
