Talon Property Group is being developed as an integrated property services and real estate business for owners and investors in residential, short-term rental and commercial property. Its planned services are built around the practical responsibilities of owning and operating an asset: making a property ready for occupancy, coordinating routine care and maintenance, managing cleaning and turnovers, dealing with service requirements, and keeping owners informed about the condition and operation of their property. The objective is to maintain properties proactively rather than leave issues unresolved until a tenant moves out or a guest's stay is affected.
For short-term and vacation rental owners, the intended model includes housekeeping and changeovers, replenishment, guest readiness, property inspections, maintenance coordination and the practical work necessary to keep a home prepared between stays. For long-term residential investors, it extends to ongoing property care, move-in and move-out processes, preventive maintenance and improvements that protect the asset. Talon Property Group also intends to offer facilities and property services for commercial owners, including cleaning, maintenance coordination, renovations and other work supported by qualified service providers.
The business is also being developed for investors seeking a more complete pathway from property acquisition to operation. That can include assistance with evaluating a property for its intended use, planning improvements, arranging remodeling or furnishing, preparing a property for rental and coordinating its continuing management. Some services may require licensed local professionals, and the scope available will depend on the market and the appropriate contractual arrangements.
Alongside third-party property services, Talon Property Group intends to pursue selected property investments, renovation opportunities and construction or development projects for its own account. This establishes two related directions: a services business supporting property owners, and a longer-term interest in acquiring, improving and operating real estate assets.
